Greetings

 Thank you for your interest in The Mid-Ohio Scottish Heritage Association. Let us take this opportunity to tell you about our organization. Generally the meetings are held at 6:00 pm on the second Saturday of September, December, March and June.  The December and June meetings will be a potluck at the Blendon Township Senior Center located at 6330 South Hempstead Road in Westerville. The December Meeting will be a celebration of St. Andrews and the scholarship recipients performances.  June is our Annual Business meeting. The Association Purposes

 • Cultivation and stimulation of interest in Scottish heritage of residents of central Ohio, particularly their genealogical, cultural, and historical backgrounds.

 • Sponsoring, encouragement and publicity of Scottish events and activities, including the funding of educational endeavors.

• Providing opportunities to participate in and learn Scottish country dancing, music and other Scottish folkways.

 The Mid-Ohio Scottish Heritage Association promotes Scottish arts through various activities including a Ceilidh to celebrate Tartan Day in April, the Ohio Scottish Games in Lorain County in June, and the Columbus International Festival in November.
